YS continued to grow cane, reap logwood trees and raise cattle. With the introduction of synthetic dyes, the need for logwood dwindled. In the 1960s cane was phased out. In the 1950s, the present owner, Tony Browne, started to breed and raise thoroughbred horses.

At YS fall there you will be taken on a tractor or a jitney carriage ride over to the river. So hang on tight and take the ride up to YS Falls. You can swim in the pools of cascading water. Your tour includes your entire fee for this attraction. You may pay a 50% deposit with the other 50% on the day of the tour in cash. We do not take credit cards on the tour day. From 1-4, the cost for this tour is $280. Now 5 and overpays $70 per person.
